WHAT IS OUR WOA PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM?
Women of ALPFA (WOA) Professional Mentorship Program is focused on the development of the female members within the chapter by creating connections with female professionals. This program aims to foster a sense of unity and promote the rise of women in leadership positions within the professional sector.
WHY BECOME A PROFESSIONAL MENTOR FOR WOA?
ALPFA is an organization that thrives on a diverse and inclusive group of scholars. Among these members, the women within our organization continuously prove to be prospective business leaders who successfully intern and work full-time with large corporations. Women of ALPFA mentors have the opportunity to build a relationship with strong and driven students who will become the future leaders of several industries while fomenting the rise of female leadership and empowerment.
