Established by a handful of individuals in 1972, ALPFA has since become the largest professional organization dedicated to the advancement of aspiring minority professionals. Established in the Spring of 2004, ​ALPFA at The University of Texas at Austin is now moving into its 13th year on campus and continues to provide leadership avenues and opportunities for personal, professional, and social growth.
UT ALPFA provides a national network of diverse professionals to enhance professional development while cultivating strong academics and a genuine respect for community service. Membership is open to anyone who shares our values, mission, and principles.
